About the Job

The Associate Director, Business Development role at Aon requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in driving business growth and expanding client relationships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a defined sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Employee Benefits industry, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and negotiate effectively.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with knowledge of Mandarin being an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
