Overview:

At ALL-STAR AGENCY, we are seeking a skilled Remittance Operations Specialist to join our corporate banking team.

This exciting opportunity presents a chance for professionals passionate about transaction processing and compliance to play a crucial role in supporting both personal and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process inward and outward remittance transactions efficiently and accurately for both personal and corporate clients, ensuring strict adherence to banking regulations.
  • Handle and authorize transactions, proactively identifying and rectifying errors and discrepancies to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and identify suspicious transactions, conducting thorough checks against blacklist records to prevent money laundering and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance and customer service, to resolve transaction-related issues promptly, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all remittance transactions, ensuring that all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices regarding remittance processing, and AML compliance to ensure operational excellence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and guiding them through the remittance process, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in remittance operations or a similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of transaction processing.
  • Strong knowledge of payment execution processes and AML screening techniques to safeguard the bank's interests.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage complex transactions effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues, fostering positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential for effective communication with diverse clients.
