Job Overview

Third Bridge is a leading provider of industry insights and connections to top-tier Private Equity Funds, Management Consulting firms, and other clients. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in identifying and connecting industry specialists with our clients, facilitating consultations that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Research team in identifying and recruiting industry experts to connect with our clients.
  • Negotiate and persuade experts to participate in consultations, scheduling calls as soon as possible while adhering to our industry-leading compliance framework.
  • Use external tools to identify relevant individuals for consultations, often C-level executives working at the heart of their industries.
  • Make cold calls to experts to explain the opportunity and persuade them to participate in a consultation with our client.
  • Arrange for interpreters and assist specialists in completing pre-consultation processes.
  • Keep accurate records of communications using our intranet systems.

Requirements

  • Incoming Year 4 / Final year students or recent graduates who can commit to a full-time internship.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Work Timings: 9:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m HKT.
  • Motivated self-starter, organized, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong academic credentials or client-facing experience is essential.
