About the Role:

This role requires a seasoned leader who can influence key regional and in-market leadership teams, drive special projects from strategy to execution, and develop talent capability roadmaps to support business growth and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall strategic direction for APAC, including business, financial planning, and tech innovation strategy.
  • Lead special projects in the region, from strategy to execution, influencing key regional and in-market leadership teams.
  • Drive talent and innovation strategy, developing talent capability roadmaps to support business growth and strategic objectives.
  • Lead centralized governance for vendor and talent performance management, drive process excellence across APAC Tech functions.
  • Provide effective leadership to drive optimization and reduction of Tech costs through spend governance, streamlined budgeting, and transparent reporting.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in leading successful transformative projects.
  • Experience leading and influencing business and technology leaders globally.
  • Candidate has an eye for detail and is willing to get hands-on to drive execution for critical transformative programs in the region.
  • Experience in general insurance, preferably across the value chain.
