Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Senior Relationship Managers to acquire new non-borrowing corporate/SME accounts, driving CASA, FX, operating flow, insurance, and investment in line with the Bank's strategic objectives.
  • Support Senior Relationship Managers in maintaining existing non-borrowing portfolios.
  • Conduct thorough CDD/KYC for new account openings and regular reviews.
  • Assist in credit applications, account openings, and other administrative/customer service duties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or graduates with 1-2 years of work experience.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to understand and capture customer needs.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • HKIB Certified Banker is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
