As a Customer Success Specialist at Octus, you'll play a critical role in driving client success and adoption of our product suite. We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who can develop strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer support and onboarding, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in our client segments, products, and the sub-investment grade market.
  • Maintain regular contact and develop relationships with clients to understand their business drivers and goals.
  • Educate and train users on utilizing our platform, including demos and best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators across accounts and strategize outreach efforts to maximize usage and adoption.
  • Engage directly with clients on technical requests and provide solutions to common challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
