We are seeking a qualified Facilities Operations Lead to join our team at Hang Yick Properties Management Limited. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of daily maintenance services across our portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our technicians to develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs that minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.

As a Facilities Operations Lead, you will be accountable for supervising a team of technicians and ensuring that all maintenance work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for preparing and implementing maintenance schedules, conducting regular site inspections, and maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
  • Supervise a team of technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance work
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
