About the Role

Are you a seasoned facilities professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Museum Facilities Lead to join our team at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our venue and supporting senior management in making informed decisions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and/or hospitality, with experience in managing large-scale events and venues. You will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

In this role, you will work closely with our events team to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale events. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring that our venue operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient venue operations.
  • Collaborate with events team to deliver successful large-scale events.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
