Property & Facilities Officer

We're looking for an experienced and energetic team player to join our Property team in Hong Kong to oversee day-to-day operations. This role will report directly to Corporate's Properties & Facilities Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- As a site-in-charge to manage daily operations to assigned properties
- Co-ordinate with outsourced vendors for daily facilities service and maintenance work
- Assist in supervising security and other general management work
- Manage and record properties and facilities matter by Property Management System
- Keep record of stock and arrange ordering if required
- Co-ordinate with lifestyle and housekeeping team to curate hassle-free city living environment
- Handle emergency incidents to assigned properties
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in properties or facilities & maintenance management
- Diploma holder or above in Facilities Management / Properties Management / Hospitality / Building Services related subject
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Customer service-oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Positive, a team player with good communication skills
- Applicant with hotel / serviced apartment experience should be an advantage
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
