This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about property management and wants to take their career to the next level. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by ensuring that their properties are well-managed and maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Higher Diploma or above in Electronic/Computer/multi-media or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in property management or a related field.
  • Outstanding technical skills and experience in leading/managing complex building projects.
  • Responsible for provision of a full spectrum of building management services, including property management of mixed portfolios.
  • Manage the property management service provider and ensure that they are delivering high-quality services to our clients.
  • Town planning and business development works, including planning research and identifying potential development sites.
Requirements
  • Holder of PMP Licence Tier 1.
  • At least 6 years' relevant experience in property management.
  • Good management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Degree; 5+ years leasing focus in office buildings.
