Job Description- As a Senior Case Manager in our Institutional Onboarding team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service experiences through timely execution, coaching, planning, and capacity management.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Manage, track, and validate onboarding, maintenance, and review requests while delivering service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Be the primary client contact for onboarding and review issues, evaluating and making recommendations on suitability based on AML risk.
- Provide on-the-job training and refresher training to team members to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Lead subordinates in managing AML/Sanctions/CTF projects, business operations, and risk-based solutions.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to deliver a complete end-to-end service proposition.
- Tertiary qualifications.
- Proven experience in KYC documentation and processing.
- Solid background in stakeholder management.
- Strong conceptual and practical understanding of Client Onboarding and Review.
- High-level oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Effective task prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
- Experienced in coaching and teaching team members.
- Proficient in team building and leading cohesive teams.
