Position Overview

The Senior Executive in Business Development Operations plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with various departments to establish a robust mechanism for upgrading significant business opportunities, ensuring comprehensive support throughout the process for international sales teams.
  • Oversee and analyze business prospects across different sales divisions, ensuring effective monitoring of the sales lifecycle, identifying challenges, and implementing performance improvement strategies.
  • Focus on developing and nurturing relationships with multinational corporations, facilitating connections between local sales units and global branches, and leveraging organizational resources to meet client requirements.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in the Telecom or IT sectors is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying needs.
  • Capable of thriving under pressure, working independently, and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English; proficiency in Putonghua is an asset.
