Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team at British American Tobacco. As a key member of our Marketing - Consumer Experience team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules that enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for front-line staff, including product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with external training vendors or consultants to leverage their expertise and resources for specialized training needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Trade / External stakeholders to identify the training needs of various level of staff to achieve company business objectives.
- Review and improve the Company training policies, workflow and procedures.
- Design and deliver training programs to brand ambassadors.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in training field.
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Fluent in English, fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Training Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire in-store staff at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
