  • Serves as the primary point of contact for clients requiring Care Service
  • Meets individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative, driving business growth and success

2. Client Relationship & Portfolio Development

  • Cultivates strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and retention
  • Efficiently develops and grows the client portfolio, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships
  • Executes targeted CRM actions to maximize client engagement and satisfaction
  • Participates in client events, serving as an ambassador for Cartier and embodying the brand's values and excellence

3. Daily Boutique Operations

  • Complies with all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment
  • Participates in inventory management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring optimal stock levels
  • Assists with the setup and breakdown of the boutique, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
  • Contributes to the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines, enhancing the boutique's visual appeal and customer experience
  • Supports special projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence
  • Key Skills:
