Key Responsibilities

  • To confirm resource status with our customers and internal parties, and to provide feedback on the results of our resource checks.
  • To support our Solution Team in communicating with our customers and internal stakeholders, and to manage the workflow of our resource checking process.
  • To manage and optimize the channels for our customers to get resource status information from our customers.
  • To prepare reports and meeting minutes for our team.
  • To support ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the Telecommunication industry is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of Telecom products such as IPLC/IEPL/MPLS VPN/DIA/IP Transit.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different parties.
  • Hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, with proficiency in Mandarin required.
