At Aon, we believe that inclusive leadership is the key to driving success in business development. As an Associate Director, Business Development, you will play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy and executing it with precision.

  • Developing and executing a defined sales strategy that aligns with Aon's overall business objectives.
  • Focusing on local and large market development, converting identified prospects into clients, and managing handovers to Account Management Teams.
  • Cross-selling opportunities by demonstrating risk and people expertise, and solving clients' needs.
  • Leading and managing responses to tenders, developing quality presentations, and working with relevant expertise.
  • Driving cross-selling and up-selling activities, including introducing Aon United colleagues/services.
Skills and Qualifications
  • University graduate with at least 10 years' experience in Employee Benefits in broker firms or insurance companies.
  • Holder of FLMI or passed IIQE Paper I, II, III & IV preferred.
  • Mature and self-starter with good organization skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytics and negotiation skills, with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
