We are looking for a sales director to join our team and lead our infant garment business in the US and European markets. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS IN THE US AND EUROPE
- DEVELOP AND EXECUTE SALES STRATEGIES TO ACHIEVE COMPANY SALES TARGETS AND GROWTH OBJECTIVES
- CONDUCT MARKET RESEARCH TO STAY UPDATED ON INDUSTRY TRENDS, COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES, AND CUSTOMER PREFERENCES
- WORK CLOSELY WITH CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR MERCHANDISING NEEDS AND PROVIDE TAILORED SOLUTIONS
- PLAN AND IMPLEMENT MARKETING CAMPAIGNS TO PROMOTE INFANT AND KIDS' GARMENTS IN THE US AND EUROPE
- LEAD, TRAIN, AND MOTIVATE THE SALES AND MARKETING TEAM TO ACHIEVE TEAM KPI
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Textiles/Clothing or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Report to the General Manager.
