We are seeking an experienced Senior Merchandising Manager to lead our merchandising operations in HK office and Vietnam factory. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of managerial experience in garment merchandising, with a strong background in baby wear or kidswear.

The Key Responsibilities

This role involves managing existing customer accounts, coordinating activities for each account, and preparing regular client reports. You will also analyze market trends, develop sales goals, and propose suitable solutions to meet customer needs.

You will work closely with our Marketing Manager to develop marketing campaigns and promote our products and services to potential markets. Building and enhancing relationships with customers is crucial to retaining and growing our business.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in garment merchandising
  • Experience in baby wear or kidswear is highly desirable
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • Report to the Senior Director
  • Function as Head of Merchandising
  • Lead Merchandising Teams in HK office & Vietnam factory
  • Manage existing customer accounts, communications, and conflict resolution
  • Discover customer's business needs and propose appropriate solutions
  • Analyze, predicate and research market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies
  • Work with Marketing Manager to develop channels to introduce and promote the products and services to potential markets
  • Negotiate and close contracts, maintain excellent customer relationships, and continually build opportunity pipeline
  • Work based in HK office with frequent trips to Vietnam (2 hours flight from Hong Kong)
