We are looking for Senior Merchandising Manager – with details as follows:
The Job :
- Tertiary education
- 5+ years managerial level in garment merchandising
- Experience in baby wear or kidswear is a big plus
- Proficient in English & Mandarin
- Report to the Senior Director
- Function as Head of Merchandising
- Lead Merchandising Teams in HK office & Vietnam factory
- Manage existing customer accounts, communications and conflict resolution
- Discover customer's business needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Coordinate and keep track with all activities occurring for each account
- Prepare regular client's reports and attend client's meetings
- Analyze, predicate and research market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies
- Work with Marketing Manager to develop channels to introduce and promote the products and services to potential markets
- Build and enhance relationship to retain and grow existing customers
- Negotiate and close contracts, maintain excellent customer relationships, and continually build opportunity pipeline
- Work based in HK office with frequent trips to Vietnam (2 hours flight from Hong Kong)
- 5 days work
- Annual leave: 16 days
- 13 months salary guaranteed
