We are seeking an experienced Senior Merchandising Manager to lead our merchandising teams in the HK office and Vietnam factory.

Job Description

The Job:

  • Tertiary education required
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in garment merchandising
  • Experience in baby wear or kidswear is highly valued
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin languages
  • Reports directly to the Senior Director

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing customer accounts, communications, and conflict resolution
  • Discover customers' business needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Coordinate and track all activities for each account
  • Prepare regular client reports and attend meetings

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Analyze market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies
  • Work with Marketing Manager to introduce and promote products and services
  • Negotiate and close contracts, maintain excellent customer relationships

Working Conditions:

  • Based in the HK office with frequent trips to Vietnam (2 hours flight from Hong Kong)
  • 5 days workweek
  • Annual leave: 16 days
  • 13 months salary guaranteed
