Role and Responsibilities
As a Commercial Banking Trainee at Madison Pearl, you will be responsible for performing account onboarding, including KYC/AML due diligence and preparing new client reports. You will also prepare in-depth financial statements in relation to both new and existing clients, and work with Relationship Managers to prepare and process credit proposals.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- Up to 2 years' working experience in banking or financial services. Fresh graduates who meet the education criteria may be considered. A minimum of a 2:1 (GPA 3.4) is required.
- Fluency in English, oral and written. Other regional languages are useful but not essential.
- Strong credit skills and a good understanding of financial services products and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent ability with MS Office products, with advanced knowledge of Excel strongly preferred.
- Candidates must be based and have the right to work in Hong Kong.
