Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR leader to cover Greater China / APAC and help us scale our business. As a Strategic HR Director, you will report directly to the Global Head of HR and lead a team of 4-5 HR professionals.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the Global Head of HR to craft and execute HR strategies that support our rapid growth and evolving business goals. You will develop and implement tailored HR policies, procedures, and initiatives for our offices in Greater China and 1-2 key Southeast Asian markets.
You will oversee the full talent lifecycle, from attracting and hiring top talent to designing effective performance management and employee development programs. Your role will also involve managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive, engaging work culture to retain our best people.
