Responsibilities

  • Create SEO-optimized content for various transactional pages, including product and destination pages.
  • Analyze performance metrics to gauge organic search effectiveness in local markets.
  • Craft engaging copy that enhances conversion rates.
  • Ensure timely completion of content projects in alignment with business strategies.
  • Manage the content production calendar and project timelines, utilizing tools to optimize workflow.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost visibility in organic search rankings across different regions and search engines.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on traffic and keyword performance, along with SEO initiatives.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
  • Collaborate closely with local marketing teams and business units to ensure best practices are tailored to local needs.
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in SEO or content marketing.
  • Proficient in SEO reporting, including monthly and/or weekly dashboards.
  • Comfortable collaborating across functions and sharing knowledge.
  • Proven experience in digital content creation within a multimedia context.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities, with a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with various SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Accuranker, SurferSEO).
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Fluency in English is essential (native proficiency preferred).
  • Proficiency in another Asian language is advantageous.
  • A collaborative spirit with an entrepreneurial attitude, ready to take initiative when necessary.
  • Experience in the travel or eCommerce sector is a plus.
