The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Content Specialist to join our Marketing team.

As a Senior Digital Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital content strategies to enhance our online presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital content strategies that align with company goals and target audience.
  • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely delivery of content across various platforms.
  • Write, edit, and proofread digital content, including website copy, blog posts, and more.
  • Optimize content for search engines and implement best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to incorporate visual and interactive elements into digital content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new digital content formats to drive innovation and engagement.
  • Oversee market experience, especially in Malaysia or APAC countries.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Content Specialist or similar role in a B2B/Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with demonstrated experience creating engaging and persuasive content.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and experience managing social media content.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to track and measure content performance.
