- Team Leadership: Assign daily tasks, conduct output checking, and monitor Service Level Agreements to ensure high-quality performance and productivity.
- Financial Transactions: Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, redemption requests, and dispute cases.
- System Automation: Contribute ideas to maximize system automation, minimize manual handling, and related risks.
- Reporting: Complete internal and external reports precisely and timely to support business decision-making.
- UAT Participation: Provide input and participate in User Acceptance Testing for marketing programs and system enhancements.
- Resource Planning: Assist in resources planning to achieve tasks set by management.
- Procedure Review: Participate in procedure review to streamline day-to-day operation processes and mitigate identified risk items.
- Performance Appraisal: Conduct performance appraisal and promotion recommendations, and handle other staffing issues.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Education: Post-secondary education or above.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years' relevant experience with at least 5 years in managerial level.
- Knowledge: Good knowledge in ATM card, credit card, and related daily operations, as well as accounting principles, banking policy, and operational procedures.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office and good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
