About the Role

The Associate will play a key role in building relationships and maintaining a high level of contact with distributors such as global & regional private banks in Hong Kong, with the goal of accelerating the adoption of Blackstone's investment solutions.

This role will also serve as the subject matter expert across one of the most diverse sets of alternative investment offerings in the industry, with significant interface with members of the firm's global PWS group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high-level of client service by responding to inbound inquiries and working with colleagues across Blackstone and PWS to resolve clients' issues as an internal sales representative.
  • Provide strong support to the full fundraising cycle end-to-end by working closely with global and local colleagues across different functions, from client onboarding, product launches, and post-launch services.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and ability to articulate Blackstone's sophisticated products, including fund objectives, terms, exposures, characteristics, positioning, performance, and more.

Qualifications:

Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Relevant SFC Licenses (if not, need to obtain after joining).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, Cantonese.
  • Demonstrate passion for capital markets, alternative investments, and retail and high-net worth businesses in Greater China/Hong Kong.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
