Administrative Officer

The Administrative Officer will provide secretariat and logistic supports for meetings of the Board and Committees under the Board. This includes coordinating with the Board Chairman and Directors' Offices regarding meetings and invited functions, maintaining and updating the filing system, handling departmental administration, and supervising Administrative Assistants.
To be successful in this role, you will have a university degree or post-secondary diploma in business administration, social science, or a relevant discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience. You should possess good communication skills in both English and Chinese, be able to work independently and meet tight deadlines, and be proficient in MS-Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing secretariat and logistic supports for Board and Committee meetings;
- Coordinating with Board Chairman and Directors' Offices regarding meetings and invited functions;
- Maintaining and updating the filing system and handling departmental administration;
- Supervising Administrative Assistants;
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.
