Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and meet customer needs
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and financial needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales teams
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive growth

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a corporate or financial services environment
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, including knowledge of economic, cultural, and regulatory issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
