  • Monitor project delivery and effectiveness, guaranteeing alignment with objectives while collaborating with external partners to meet deliverables.

  • Oversee financial and procurement matters, including budget tracking, vendor contracts, and payments, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Promote best practices and provide guidance to teams on implementation, risk mitigation, and communication strategies.

  • Cultivate cross-functional collaboration to develop strategic initiatives for community-focused projects, leveraging grant support opportunities.

  • Support related initiatives and contribute to the growth of the organization as assigned.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Sciences, Public Health, Social Work, or related fields is preferred but not required.

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in community development, public health, or social services is advantageous.

  • Demonstrated expertise in partnering with government agencies, NGOs, or institutional stakeholders is essential.

  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills are crucial for success in this role.

  • Familiarity with social policies and community needs, particularly in areas like health and elderly services, is desirable.
