Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking digital content strategy for the website aligned with Tatler Asia's editorial and business objectives.
  • Manage website content planning, publishing, and optimization to ensure audience engagement and growth.
  • Coordinate content output with regional content teams, ensuring content quality, consistency, and alignment with Tatler Asia's editorial voice and tone.
  • Lead initiatives to innovate digital storytelling and productivity, including AI projects and content collaboration initiatives with print and social media teams.

Audience Growth & Engagement:

  • Use in-depth audience analytics to identify trends, behaviors, and preferences, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Optimize content for discoverability, traffic, and engagement through SEO best practices, targeted campaigns, and social media integration.
  • Establish robust reporting frameworks to monitor website performance, user behavior, and content impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set KPIs and goals for traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Provide regular, detailed reports on digital performance, offering actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring Tatler Asia is leveraging the latest tools and technologies for audience analysis.
  • Coordinate with tech teams to ensure optimal website performance, user experience, and functionality.

Requirements:

  • At least 8–10 years of experience in digital content strategy, with a focus on luxury, lifestyle, or media brands.
  • Deep understanding of audience behavior and emerging trends in content and technology.
  • Strong grasp of the luxury, lifestyle, and cultural landscape in Asia.
