About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Youth Work Officer to join our team at The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and coordinating health education, promotion programs, and volunteering services for youth.

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate health education, promotion programs, and volunteering services, especially in areas such as nutrition, physical activity, and emotional well-being in school and community settings.
  • IDentify service needs of schools and communities, liaise with partners and stakeholders, and implement services effectively.
  • Assist in funding proposal writing and seek resources for program development.
  • Perform any other duties as required by supervisor.
Requirements
  • Recognized university graduates in Social Work with a bachelor's degree or above.
  • Experience in planning, leading, and debriefing programs.
  • Good written, verbal, and presentation skills in Chinese and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience working in school and community settings is preferred.
