The Associate Director of Human Resources will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of HR policies and spearheading strategic HR initiatives.

This role requires a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure success.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum of 15 years of senior-level HR experience in large and complex organizations.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations of Hong Kong.
  • Familiarity with the academic landscape in Hong Kong and Mainland China is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), with fluency in Putonghua preferred.
