About the Role

This key position involves managing the whole contract administration process for orders, from receiving an order confirmation from traders to settlement. Key responsibilities include preparing sales and purchase contracts, issuing Letters of Credit (L/Cs), and delivering sales/purchase contracts after every booking.

You will also be responsible for following up on shipments and documents from suppliers, maintaining a system to track each order's progress and ensuring timely progression of shipments and documents.

In addition, you will prepare shipping and banking documents in accordance with L/Cs and/or Sales Contracts, and follow up with banks, customers, and overseas offices to ensure proper handling of documents.
