Job Description: The ideal candidate will work closely with the Order Admin Team to ensure seamless processing of orders from contract preparation to shipment and receipt of supplier documentation. Key responsibilities include managing the contract administration process for orders, preparing sales and purchase contracts, issuing L/Cs and amendments, delivering contracts after bookings, following up shipments and documents from suppliers, and preparing shipping/banking documents in accordance with L/Cs and sales contracts.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, candidates must have a solid understanding of order administration processes and have experience working with trading houses or equivalent. Fluency in Mandarin and strong communication skills in both English and Chinese are essential. Previous experience in steel/metals/commodities and shipping documents, particularly L/Cs, is also highly valued.
