At JPC Corporation, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and partners. We are now seeking an experienced Order Administration Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders from contract preparation through to shipment and receipt of supplier documentation.
- Manage the entire contract administration process, including receiving order confirmations, preparing sales and purchase contracts, and issuing Letters of Credit.
- Provide shipping instructions to suppliers and deliver sales/purchase contracts after every booking.
- Follow up on shipments and documents from suppliers, maintaining a system for monitoring each order to ensure timely progression.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education and at least 3 years of experience in handling order administration for trading houses or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication abilities.
- Fluent Mandarin language skills and good working levels of written and spoken Chinese and English.
