We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Leader to join our Agency Distribution team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent leadership skills and extensive experience in machine learning and predictive modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and data engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to enhance agent performance and optimize distribution strategies.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to generate insights and inform decision-making processes.
  • Create and establish dashboards and reports to monitor critical metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and IT, to align data initiatives with business objectives.
  • E nsure the accuracy and reliability of data collected from various sources.
  • Develop and improve algorithms for agent segmentation and targeting.
  • Present actionable insights to optimize agent recruitment, retention and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in data analysis, specifically in machine learning and predictive modeling. Leadership experience is preferred, especially in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, Scikit-learn or PyTorch.
  • Expertise in both conceptualizing and building AI/ML models.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performance teams.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth.
