Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Limited is looking for a highly skilled Director of Guest Relations to join our esteemed team in Hong Kong.
We are committed to providing exceptional service to our discerning guests, and as a key member of our Room Division team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for during their stay with us.
Job DescriptionThe Director of Guest Relations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Guest Relations Department, including managing the VIP recognition program, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Guest Relations Department and oversee the implementation of the hotel's guest service strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and exceed their expectations.
- Provide comprehensive supervision of the department, ensuring that all staff deliver exceptional service and adhere to hotel standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of service provided by the team, implementing improvements as necessary to ensure consistently high standards.
