Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic plans for the business, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and de-risking objectives.
  • Oversee the transformation and management of cost structures to future-proof the bank.
  • Provide risk governance and oversight, supporting the management team in risk decision-making and ensuring alignment with group policies and local regulations.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal fraud monitoring rules and controls, including system-generated alerts handling processes and manual fraud controls for possible enhancements.

Requirements

  • University graduate or above.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a financial institution.
  • Detailed knowledge of Hang Seng Bank's products and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
