Role and Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining passenger-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, IATA, and HKE requirements. You will also be responsible for following up on changes or new initiatives of regulatory or HKE requirements and evaluating their potential impact on ground operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain network-wise, intermodal, and station-specific training materials relevant to passenger and baggage services.
  • Evaluate options and identify the most cost- and operationally effective methodology for training delivery and manage training record retention.
  • Prepare annual training plans and deliver trainings to both HKE staff and external service providers when required.
  • Formulate process improvement initiatives and conduct regular reviews for operating procedures and training objectives in reference to the results of audits and incident reporting analysis.
  • Work as a Ground Services representative, leading and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders for the development and implementation of new initiatives, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with service providers and authorities to support services and business development in the Greater Bay Area.
  • Provide recommendations and proposals for designing a strategic plan to enhance the overall services delivery processes as well as customer experience.
  • Establish a database to consolidate and analyze data, as well as prepare presentation materials for management review.
  • Identify hazards and risks, prepare risk assessments, and seek advice from superiors to make decisions significantly affecting operational security and/or decision regarding safety risk tolerability.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary graduate with at least 2 years' experience in the aviation industry.
  • Solid knowledge in passenger-related policies and procedures, intermodal operations, or training is a must, while working experience in an airline's head office would be an advantage.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office.
