People Services Coordinator

In this exciting role as a People Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in shaping our company culture and ensuring that our employees feel valued and supported.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the recruitment process, including coordinating with hiring managers, designing vacancies, preparing job openings, and reviewing and screening candidates.
- Participating in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including HR documentation, access management, and other related administrative tasks.
- Handling all aspects of payroll for both F&B and office staff, including expenses claims, leave management, payroll slips, and MPF administration.
- Providing People Services to all staff and supporting the wider People Team's project works as required, including identifying improvement opportunities and implementing better solutions.
You will also be responsible for managing the HR system implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and data management, as well as coordinating with different teams for company events.
