Media Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Media Planning Manager to join our Hong Kong office. This role involves supporting campaign execution, monitoring performance metrics, and deriving actionable strategies from competitive analyses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal teams to develop strategic and integrated media plans, recommendations that align with strategic objectives and enhance the effectiveness of planning
  • Support on campaign execution, media planning, budget summaries and campaign follow up, monitoring campaign status and evaluating campaign performance based on agreed KPIs and media efficiency to ensure a smooth transition from strategy to implementation
  • Conduct competitive analysis and reports derive actionable strategies from findings and insights to meet campaign objectives.
  • Evaluate media opportunities, track market trends using industry tools, and employ research methods.
  • Learn and adapt to the evolving media landscape in Mainland China and Hong Kong on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain strong relationship with clients and industry partners
  • Provide insights and develop knowledge of Media Trends and landscape
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Understanding Greater China's media platforms is a MUST, including but not limited to RED, WeChat, TikTok
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in media planning/digital media, preferably in a media agency.
  • Strong knowledge across digital channels (social, mobile, programmatic, search, affiliates, etc.)
  • Familiar with Ad Serving and tracking technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Passion for integrated media planning and in particular digital
