Senior Insurance Relationship Manager, Business Development

Your Role:- Create a holistic customer experience for our members, cultivating long-term relationships and driving business growth for our esteemed clients.
- Support occasional marketing campaigns, such as face-to-face sales and roadshows, to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Handle after-sales services, including policy confirmation calls and up-/cross-selling of other insurance products, to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining a strong understanding of market trends.
- Manage inquiries and enrollments from our Online-to-Offline (O2O) platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences and timely issue resolution.
- Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for management review, providing actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement.
- Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties, contributing to the success of our team and organization.
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and public holiday work as needed, based on business requirements.
- Mei Foo, near MTR station, offering convenient access to public transportation.
- At least 1-2 years' experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service, with a preference for candidates with tied agent experience.
- Passed IIQE Paper I & III, with Paper II being desirable.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Fresh graduates with a matching attitude and eagerness to build a sustainable career will also be considered.
The estimated salary for this position is HK$50,000 - HK$70,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
