A significant corporation headquartered in Hong Kong, with numerous retail projects and initiatives in Hong Kong and China, is seeking a highly skilled individual to drive marketing efforts for their prestigious shopping mall in China.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Marketing and oversee a team of professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Branding Strategies: Create branding strategies aligned with the corporate brand.
- Marketing and Communications Strategy: Develop comprehensive and integrated marketing and communications strategies and action plans.
- Event Planning: Organize year-round events, festive celebrations, and promotional activities.
- Public Relations: Implement public relations strategies, including media relations, securing media coverage, community relations, and engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Explore Marketing Opportunities: Collaborate with business partners to coordinate joint promotions.
- Business Travel: Travel to China every 1-2 months for business purposes.
Qualifications:
- Possess at least 8-10 years of marketing experience within prominent corporations.
- Essential knowledge and prior exposure to the property and retail industry.
- Previous experience in developing marketing initiatives aimed at Chinese tourists and executing promotional campaigns for shopping malls in China.
- Candidates with a background in event agencies or production houses are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent team management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages.
Compensation and Benefits: Estimated annual salary HKD 800,000 - 1,200,000 depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
