About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team of marketing professionals across several shopping malls in Hong Kong, driving footfall and sales through comprehensive marketing strategies. With a strong ability to develop branding strategies, this individual will be responsible for overseeing marketing efforts, organizing events, and cultivating partnerships to support promotional programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with the corporate brand, drive sales, and increase customer engagement.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to support planned promotional programs and events.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, and more, to enhance brand awareness and engage with customers.
  • Implement public relations strategies, including media relations, securing media coverage, community relations, and engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Lead a team of 15-20 marketing professionals across several shopping malls, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure excellent performance and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Creative, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 15 years of marketing experience in large corporations.
  • Essential knowledge and previous exposure to the property, retail, tourism, and entertainment industry.
  • Excellent skills in team management and interpersonal communication.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages.

Salary Estimate: HKD 1,200,000 - HKD 1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
