Job Title: Cosmetics Retail Operations Strategist

Company Overview:
Classy Wheeler Limited, a state-owned duty-free company with an extensive global presence, is seeking an experienced Cosmetics Retail Operations Strategist to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong.

About the Role:
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of retail operations and front-line staff management. This includes participating in new retail business unit operations procedure and control setup, leading, developing, and managing operations teams to achieve company targets in sales, pillar planning, service standards, and other regular and ad-hoc objectives. You will drive operational excellence by deploying best practices across all operation aspects to meet or exceed business targets as well as customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee sales and operational planning processes, formulate proper sales strategies, and drive sales while minimizing operating costs and optimizing operating resources through effective process management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of retail operations and front-line staff management.
  • Participate in new retail business unit operations procedure and control setup.
  • Lead, develop, and manage operations teams to achieve company targets in sales, pillar planning, service standards, and other regular and ad-hoc objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence by deploying best practices across all operation aspects to meet or exceed business targets as well as customer satisfaction.
  • Oversight of sales and operational planning processes.
  • Formulation of proper sales strategies and driving sales.
  • Minimization of operating costs and optimization of operating resources through effective process management.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above.
  • At least 8 years relevant experience, including 5 years at operation management level in retail; experience in managing beauty and cosmetics stores is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality.
  • Strategic mindset, passionate about work, creative, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Team player, self-motivated, independent, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Good planning skills, organized with strong numerical sense and business acumen.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Base in store and work on shift hours.

Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
