We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate in Mall Partnerships. This role requires developing and maintaining partnerships with external organizations to drive traffic and engagement at shopping malls and tourist complexes.
About the Role:- This position involves identifying, pitching, negotiating, and securing partnership agreements for temporary or seasonal activations, pop-up shops, promotional events, etc.
- You will manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including contract negotiation, scheduling, logistics, and post-activation analysis.
- Cultivate and expand the mall's network of casual leasing partners for short-term retail, food & beverage, and entertainment concepts.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leasing teams to align on partnership opportunities, execution, and KPIs.
- Analyze performance data and generate reports to measure the success and impact of partnerships.
- Develop unique partnership concepts to drive traffic and engagement at shopping malls and tourist complexes.
- Negotiate and secure partnership agreements with external organizations.
- Manage the partnership lifecycle from start to finish.
- Cultivate and expand the mall's network of casual leasing partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve partnership goals.
- Analyze performance data and generate reports.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership/business development, event marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of identifying, securing, and managing successful partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, presentation, and project management abilities.
The estimated salary for this position is HKD 60,000 - HKD 80,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
