Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless daily office operations, guaranteeing all systems and equipment perform optimally.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive office renovation strategies, aligned with business objectives.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with external vendors and suppliers, procuring high-quality goods and services.
  • Leverage expertise to source, procure, and manage office supplies and equipment, fostering cost-effective inventory management.
  • Conceptualize and implement strategic plans to optimize workspace design, boosting employee collaboration and productivity.
  • Provide insightful expense reporting and analysis to inform management decisions.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven track record in office administration, facilities management, or comparable roles.
  • Sophisticated understanding of vendor management, procurement processes, and negotiation techniques.
  • Exemplary project management skills, coupled with experience in managing renovations or similar projects.
  • Result-driven, detail-oriented, and dynamic individual.
  • Adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent command of Mandarin and Cantonese languages.
