Office Operations Manager

**Job Description**
JC Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Manager to join our team in Greater China. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of corporate administration services, including facilities management, office supplies, office security, catering, and more.
This is a senior leadership role that requires a minimum of 10 years' relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial level. Experience in leading office renovation and relocation projects is essential. In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as digital literacy and fluency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute group projects.
- Manage third-party service providers and vendors, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Coordinate the management of budgets, actuals, cost centers, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement effective administration policies and operational procedures.
**Ideal Candidate Profile**
- Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant disciplines preferred.
- Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial level.
- Experience in leading office renovation and relocation projects is a must.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Digitally literate, with a willingness to embrace innovation and new technologies.
- Fluent in English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
