Office Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide facilities management support for the headquarter and warehouse, including office improvement/renovation works, facilities repairs, and maintenance.
  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance/repair works to meet compliance and safety requirements.
  • Monitor the performance of teammates/on-site service providers and contractors in cleaning, security, and gardening services.
  • Prepare bidding documents, proposals, and regular reports.
  • Attend emergency calls and urgent duties round the clock.

Requirements:

  • A recognized Degree in Building Studies/Services, Property/Facilities Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a sizable firm.
  • Good at MS Office and Chinese word processing, with knowledge of AutoCAD being an advantage.
  • Competent writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, highly independent, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
