Job Title: Assistant Manager, Business Support

The ideal candidate will have good writing skills in English and Chinese, excellent interpersonal, collaboration, presentation, and influencing skills. A degree holder with experience in banking acquiring business and strong time management skills is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Costs:

  • Handle Fusion requests, prepare accrual submissions timely, ensuring timely settlements and tracking of POs/ Non-PO creation across the teams.
  • Track spend against Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and run rate for year-end view on behalf of the Head of the Department.

Business Resilience:

  • Handle Business Intelligence and Reporting Office (BIRO) related tasks, enquiries, and provide ad-hoc support on audits as needed.
  • Own Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities, including Business Impact Assessment (BIA), Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and Business Emergency Action (BEA), ensuring timely completion and compliance at all times.

Others:

  • Act as department lead on critical tasks supporting BAU operations, including mail handling, management, supplies, resources, and gatekeep key deliverables on behalf of the Head of the Department.
  • Coordinate key department activities and initiatives, working closely with senior management and directs.
  • Support staff engagement activities and ensure the success of initiatives.
  • Develop strategic Management Information (MI) by providing inputs and disseminating information as needed.

  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision.

Salary Estimate

We offer a competitive salary range between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
